What could a pineapple possibly be doing in 1609 England? All is not as it seems as a committee of religious scholars attempt to translate the Bible for King James I, navigating clashing egos, royal expectations, and – anachronistically – the nature of male loneliness. Expect the unexpected when the most improbable interlopers assert their influence and watch worlds collide and facades crumble in hilariously provocative ways. A Stratford Festival Production.
